Abdullah Parker

Abdullah has been involved in the Kansas City Soccer Community for over 25 years.  Abdullah started his coaching career with the KC Legends back in the early 1994 with the Legends ’88-’89 team that won 3 KS State Cups.  A great majority of that team's Legends alumni went on to play collegiality.  Abdullah spent 8 years at O’Hara High School where his boys and girls teams made multiple Final Four appearances.  He spent 2 years at Rockhurst University working alongside coaching legend Tony Tocco.

Abdullah’s most recent team, BillyGoat FC, developed to become one of the best teams not only in Region 2 but throughout the country- from U16 through their U19 years -culminating in winning a Regional Championship and earning a trip to the USYSA National Championships in Baltimore, Maryland In 2014.  The team’s success translated into 17 out  of its 18 boys earning college soccer scholarships at schools such as Furman University, Tulsa University, Rockhurst University, Presbyterian College, William Jewell University, and Missouri Baptist University.  The team had 4 High School All-Americans in 2013 and had their youngest player, Dalton Souder, named the 2014 Missouri Gatorade Soccer Player of the Year.  

Abdullah has a NSCAA National Diploma Coaching Certificate.
