KC Legends Soccer Club Scores Partnership with Easton Roofing

 MERRIAM, Kansas (August 10th, 2022) – Easton Roofing, the premier roofing company serving the Kansas City market, announced a partnership today with the Legends Soccer Club to be the Clubs official jersey sponsor for the 2022 and 2023 seasons. This new relationship is an example of how two organizations committed to the Kansas City Metro can partner with the focus on assisting children in becoming active while also learning the traits necessary to be brave and creative leaders for life. 

The sponsorship is effective beginning in June, 2022.  As part of the agreement, Easton Roofing will be the Official jersey provider for the Legends Soccer Club and will be featured within their metro facilities. Easton Roofing was founded on the principles of hard work, integrity, and customer service. With over a decade of experience in both the residential and commercial roofing industry, Easton has established itself as a long-term fixture in the Kansas City market.   

As part of the sponsorship agreement, Easton Roofing will be making a donation that will be earmarked for the Legends 4 Life scholarship fund. This fund was created for the nearly 300 players in the club who need financial assistance to participate in the worlds game.

Founded in 1989, HappyFeet and the Legends Soccer Club started in Kansas City and now has sister clubs throughout the world. The HappyFeet preschool program serves as an introductory soccer experience to the Legends Soccer Club and many of it's developmental soccer concepts have been derived from that coaching philosophy.

Legends players are often the captains/leaders of their high school soccer teams and perennial State Select players. Nearly 400 Legends alumni have played in college, 56 have received National or All-Conference selection and over 40 have been drafted to play professionally (Including players in the MLS and Italian Serie A). Six have played at the National team level.

The hallmark of Legends teams is superb individual skill, notably deceptive dribbling and goal scoring. However, the real value of Legends training is courageous, creative, leadership character for life. Many long-term Legends players are creative leaders and mentors early in their career.
